Refund Policy

NON SALE GOODS

We offer a no quibble refund policy. Return within 14 days of receiving your purchase and we will exchange or refund providing the goods have been unworn with all the labels still attached and undamaged

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 working days from when goods are received into our shop and refunded back to the original purchase method

SALE GOODS

We only offer an exchange for sale items - Sale goods are non-refundable

Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty. You are also responsible for the cost of postage to return item(s)

For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected

Privacy Notice

www.jackanorychildrenswear.co.uk is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. We will not divulge any information about you to a third party. Any information we collect about you is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. We will only hold information held about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Your credit/debit card details are processed by our secure service provider and as such we do not see your card details, the secure service provider does not see the personal information input by the customer.

We may contact you with regards to processing your order. We may, also, use this information to tell you about changes to our website and to let you know about our products. If you do not wish to receive this information, please send us an email.

Conditions Of Use

No contract will exist between you and www.jackanorychildrenswear.co.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until www.jackanorychildrenswear.co.uk confirms that it has despatching your product. Items featured on the site are held in stock, and every effort will be made to complete an order to customer requirement. No liability is accepted where www.jackanorychildrenswear.co.uk is unable to complete an order. The customer's statutory rights unaffected.

The acceptance of your order will be deemed to occur on allocation of the goods to your order. The completion of the contract between you and www.jackanorychildrenswear.co.uk will occur when the order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order- in accordance with our instructions.

We will send you an e-mail acknowledging your order, once it has passed through our security checks. We may not accept your order for one of the following reasons:

We may have been unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
The product you ordered may be out of stock. (See Product Availability - below.)
We may have identified a pricing or product description error.
There may have been a failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, and all matters connected with any order you place on our website, are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with, or arising out of, the website or any order you place on the website

Cancellation Policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed.

In order to cancel your order you must notify us in writing by email, fax or letter quoting your name and relevant reference number. If your order has been dispatched you must return the product(s) unworn/unused in the original packing with product tags intact within 7 days of receipt. We will reimburse the full order value where items have not been dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your cancellation instructions. Where goods have been dispatched we will reimburse you the value of the goods (not the delivery) within 3 working days of receiving the returned product(s). Return postage costs are at your expense and we recommend you send the products by insured and recorded delivery. We can accept any liability for items lost or damaged during return postage.

Returns Policy

We intend to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your product from www.jackanorychildrenswear.co.uk. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

Please inform us prior to sending a return in writing by email, fax , letter or telephone quoting your name and address

Return the product in its original unused condition with all tags intact within 14 days, we will make a refund within 3 days of receiving the product in the shop.

Product Availability

All of the products featured on our website have been carefully selected for Online shopping. If an item sells out we will take it off the website at the earliest opportunity and it may not be made available again. If items that you order should be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability

If you require more than 1 of each item please e-mail us first as we normally only carry 1 of each size

Payment

We accept most major credit cards Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch (including Solo) and JCB. We take payment from your card at the time we process your order ready for dispatch. We also accept Pay Pal

Delivery

UK Orders

For deliveries within the UK we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day (assuming your payment has been authorised) by Royal Mail Recorded delivery at a cost of £4.95

If you require an urgent next day delivery please contact us and we will do our best to help you. Next day delivery costs from £7.95 depending on size and weight of order.

Orders over £150.00 will receive FREE standard delivery.

International orders

Europe and Eire
Orders under 550grams are dispatched by ‘international signed for’ delivery at a cost of £10.00.
If the delivery charges costs us more than £10.00 we will contact you for your approval to confirm any extra cost due to weight. We try to keep this charge to a minimum.

USA and Middle East
Orders under 550grams are dispatched by ‘international signed for’ delivery at a cost of £15.00 If the delivery charges costs us more than £15.00 we will contact you for your approval to confirm any extra cost due to weight.

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days

Please be advised that orders delivered outside the EU maybe subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges ‘Jackanory’ is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries

We ship our stock in plastic mailing envelopes to avoid additional costs

Sizing

Because we stock designers from all over the globe some sizes may vary. We have tried to simplify this by sizing in years i.e 2 years = Average size of a 2 year old.
This is only a guide and you may need to buy bigger. You can e-mail us your sizes and items you are interested and we will use this information to select the right size for you.
